The furnace temperature setting for each board type is verified to meet the requirements of the furnace temperature curve for each test point, as factors such as board size, thickness, pad size, and multi - layer boards can affect the soldering effect. Every process, including defects in PCBA after passing through the furnace, is strictly controlled.

First article inspection:

A fully automatic first article tester is used for testing every time there is a new line setup or every two hours during online production to prevent incorrect programming or wrong component loading by operators.
